Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can parents take over steering if the child is too young to drive?
A: Yes. The included parental remote control provides complete steering override across 3 adjustable speed settings, allowing you to guide or stop the vehicle safely while your child rides.
Q: What surfaces can this electric fire truck drive on?
A: The wear-resistant, anti-skid wheels and dual 12V motors are designed to drive smoothly across flat hard surfaces, including asphalt, concrete sidewalks, brick pavers, rubber tracks, and wooden boardwalks.
Q: What type of batteries does the remote control require?
A: The fire truck itself runs on an included rechargeable 12V 4.5Ah battery, while the handheld parental remote requires 2 AAA batteries (not included in the package).
Q: How does the slow-start feature protect young riders?
A: The integrated slow-start and slow-stop system gradually ramps up and reduces motor power, preventing sudden jerks or head snaps during takeoffs and braking to keep toddlers calm and secure.
