The second order was amazing.

We ended up having to immediately return the first one we ordered because the riser system in the side did not work. The bassinet would not stay up. They have me no issues with returns and refunds. I reordered and absolutely love the replacement.

Great Bassinet

Baby Joy bassinet was very important for us in the early weeks. I needed something close by as I healed from a csection. I love the drop down side and that you can adjust the height to match the height of your bed. Once my little guy was a little older, the mobile was very helpful for entertaining him.

Love it.

I got this as a gift from my mother in law and it is great. It's a little bigger then most bassinets which was fine with me. My girl likes the vibration setting and the light show. I found the Elys and co sheets fit which I found on Amazon as well!

Function as expected, easy install. But the pad cover is poorly made, after one wash the threads are all messed up and stick to the adhesive tape. I had to trim them off

Love it... don't regret the purchase

I was surprise of the size, a bit bigger than expected. It's pretty sturdy, I wish it was taller since it won't go above my bed but I expected this to happen since my bed is pretty tall. I like the 2 options to secure the side when it's open specially since it has to be flush with the side of the bed .. can't wait to try it with my little one. And the safety straps will fit with a king size bed

Great value, quality, and functionality!

I ordered this bassinet for my special needs baby who came home from the NICU on continuous oxygen and with a feeding tube. Having him right beside me at night is a medical necessity so I can put his oxygen cannula back in, operate his feeding pump overnight, and be close by for when he frequently has reflux. Having the side closest to me open has been super convenient so I can easily reach over to tend to him. Also having the option to tilt the bassinet is a great feature since he needs to be elevated with his reflux. We also have a bed with low clearance from the floor and finding a bassinet with low profile feet to fit under it was difficult, but this one fit just fine. Really impressed with the value, quality, and functionality of this bassinet!
